Yes. Hot capacity is capped well below seat count, and the member app shows live availability per zone. Peak Tuesdays fill the window bar first — the quiet floor almost never fills.
Day lockers are free for hot members, and monthly gear lockers can be added for laptops, screens and the inevitable desk toys. Anything left on a hot desk overnight goes to lost property.
Quick calls are fine in the lounge zones. Longer ones belong in a phone booth — bookable in the app, free for members — or in a meeting room using your included monthly hours.
