No. Day passes and hot desks start instantly with no setup fee. Dedicated desks and private offices ask for one refundable month as a deposit, returned when you leave the space as you found it.

Anytime. Most members start with a day pass or hot desk and upgrade to a dedicated desk within two months. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing date.

Day passes are single days. Monthly plans run month to month — cancel before your renewal date and you owe nothing more. Private offices can be reserved for 3, 6 or 12 months for a quieter rate.

Hot desk plans include 3 meeting-room hours a month; dedicated desks include unlimited booking; private offices add 10 conference hours plus priority event dates and member rates on the event hall.

Yes. Hot desk memberships and above include roaming access to San Francisco, New York and Chicago. Your home location holds your mail and locker; the other two are always open to you.
