What we collect
When you enquire, book a tour, or buy a plan, we store your name, email, phone number and message so the community team can respond. Members additionally provide billing details, processed securely by our payment provider — card numbers never touch our servers.
How we use it
To answer enquiries, manage memberships and bookings, send service updates, and — only with your consent — share occasional news about the workrooms. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties except the processors strictly needed to operate (payments, email delivery), bound by contract to protect it.
Your rights
Ask us anytime at hello@fernwickworkrooms.com for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion — we respond within 30 days.
